May 14, 2021 · With the growing importance of accessibility and transparency to track cases within the state’s judicial system, the Ohio Supreme Court has simplified finding cases online that it has accepted. A new “Issues Accepted” webpage was created within the Office of the Clerk section on the Supreme Court’s website.
The Ohio Supreme Court’s website also provides free access to oral argument audios via the iTunes store. https://www.supremecourt.ohio.gov/videostream/default.asp. The Court also sells copies of oral arguments in DVD, VHS, and CD format through the Ohio Channel.
