I used 6:20 since in my experience that is a time where people start to struggle, I was at that plateau for quite a while and I have seen others stuck between 6:18 and 6:22 as well. Those are times at which you can consistently lap the Nordschleife decently fast and should start to play with the setup if you didnt do it before.
