Yes, yes they do. They won't let anyone know who is below a certain pay grade because it's highly illegal. But every month if I'm late they start to disconnect me randomly. Billing. $50 returned payment fee added to my bill because I got a new credit card and forgot to change it. Reached out to cox trying to get it removed and they said my credit card company charged that… they didn’t. I saw it was declined it and changed it immediately and they transaction was approved.

If you have a 12-month or 24-month contract and want to cancel early, you'll need to pay an early termination fee.
