  4. It depends on your computer's hardware. For my gaming laptop it takes a few minutes with all the DLC, CC and mods. I have all of them and I play with them all enabled. It takes me like maybe 3 minutes total to launch the game, select my save and load into the save I selected. I am usually playing a family that has an enormous mansion as well.
