May 27, 2022 · How long do my Volt benefits take to activate? It can take up 14 days from the date your services are activated for the benefits to be applied for both Virgin Media and O2 services, but we normally see the O2 benefit being applied first.
Volt benefits applied up to 14 days following order (or up to 14 days following Virgin Media installation for existing eligible O2 customers purchasing Virgin Media broadband). Check Virgin Media broadband speeds availability at www.virginmedia.com/join/availability .
If the name on your Virgin Media broadband account matches the name on your O2 mobile account, your Volt benefits will be added automatically within 14 days. This will happen unless you were already a customer of both before 18 October 2021.
