   Can Presto cancel auto-reloads?

   • In the meantime, Presto CAN'T cancel any auto-reloads on the card (which would mitigate damage). The only way to do this is buy a new card and transfer the account. Sounds quick and easy, but it's not. What I found out during a subsequent call to Presto is that after buying a replacement card, it takes four hours to activate in the system.
