How do I check the status of my application? You can log in to your account at any time to make or change program choices, check the status of your transcripts or documents, or view or accept an offer.
You can review the status of each of your program choices. Clicking on the Evaluation Status link from within the Status Tab will give you detailed information about which requirements the Admissions office has received, and what is still outstanding.

The application will open on OUAC in September prior to the year you want to begin your studies. All Western undergraduate students begin their studies in the Fall semester (September). Then, OUAC sends the information to Western overnight. You'll receive a confirmation from us within a week after you applied (it may take us a bit longer around holidays).
We can't make changes to your application on our end. You will have to log in to OUAC to make any changes you need, including changes to your personal information, adding or changing program choices and updating your contact information.
