Does everything in the game run well; e.g. live mode, etc? I’m amazed it’s even possible to have such a large GB size of mods, I have 65GB and 15,500 files on an old Lenovo laptop, needless to say it runs dreadfully and all I can access is CAS.

Enb+reshade w shader cache enabled in enb and nvidia control panel, xlodgen dyndolod mods, 800ish plugins and maybe double that of mods, on an nvme ssd and it takes 3.5 minutes to load up the game to the main menu.
