Verification that you are who you say you are (For the Talent Hub) Just in general keeping children off of voice chat. Roblox knows that kids will try to use it and parents will get pissy at Roblox because of it. Most people above 13 have an ID anyways. I got my first ID at around 11, and another one at 14.
