Aug 15, 2019 · Hi @C_Sharper, from my knowledge a decal approximately takes 5 minutes to be approved. Some days decals take forever. I hypothesize that Roblox staff are offline therefore unable to approve the decals. This information is gathered from my experience of uploading decals in the past.

pretty sure it's two tiered system. most decals are checked by an AI or just skimmed past by a human. random ones or ones that they can't tell or make out might get closer scrutiny. Regardless, it usually doesn't happen in 5 minutes for me, it can take an hour or too. A few years ago it'd take half a day and probably still does on some days. 1.

May 25, 2020 · sometimes it takes like 1 minute, sometimes they never end up getting approved/declined. Probably has something to do with whether or not automated services are used to moderate the item or not, but I don’t understand why some items never get approved/declined at all.
