The number of Licensed Residential Builders (LRBs) was 7,813 in 2022, a slight decline from 2021. The number of LRBs in 2022 fell 3.7% to 7,813 from a record peak of 8,112 LRBs in 2021, marking the first recorded decline since 2010. Despite the decline however, the number of LRBs remain above pre-pandemic levels.
