Aug 14, 2020 · Yes, an APA reference page is listed in alphabetical order by the author's last name. When you have authors with the same last name, you alphabetize them by the first or middle initial. When you have multiple sources with the same author, use the publication year.
Oct 25, 2024 · For APA the reference list is arranged in alphabetical order of authors' surnames. Arrange by first author's name, then by second author if you have the same first author, etc. (check the page on Authors for how to lay out the reference if you have more than one author).
