As far as I know, 11 is the incorrect number of OWLs present in older copies, newer copies should state 10. I'm guessing yours is the 1st Edition, 2005 (numbers and years are removed as books get printed), although sometimes it would be stated outright on the same page that it's the First Edition.

One of the easiest sets to collect is the US trade editions. By "trade edition," we mean those books which were meant for mass distribution in the US. This also refers to the books which include the "First Edition" denotation on the publisher's page (the page with all the printing information and numbers). First, let's discuss the hardcover books. ...
If your thirst for collecting is not quenched by the US editions, many countries publish their own editions of the Harry Potter books (Canada, Australia, Spain, Japan, Russia, Wales, etc.). However, unsurprisingly, the crown jewels reside in the UK. These books are more expensive than their US counterparts. Not only are they from "the country of or...
There are collector's editions of all the Harry Potterbooks available in both the US and the UK. The UK Deluxe Editions are quite lovely and make wonderful, reasonably priced gifts for fans. They are bound in cloth boards with the cover from the UK book in the center of the front cover. They also feature J.K. Rowling's signature in gold, gild-edged...
Proofs were released to editors and reviewers in the UK prior to the publication of the first three Harry Potter books. They contain numerous errors which were remedied before the first printing and feature release information on the rear cover. These proofs were very limited in number (approximately 50 to 200 copies), and many were damaged or thro...

Each new installment in the series has broken sales records. In 2005, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince sold 13.5 million copies in the United States alone. The film versions of Rowling's books have also met with enormous success.
Jul 22, 2007 · The sales figure exceeded the 850,000 copies of “Half-Blood Prince” that Borders sold on the first day of sales two years ago.
Aug 29, 2024 · Dropping on the 16th of July 2005, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince yet again saw even fewer signed copies surface, meaning anyone that owned a pristine true first print copy of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince could be looking at hundreds if not thousands of pounds if they sold it.

There were only 500 hardback copies of the first edition published by Bloomsbury, and of these 300 copies were sold to libraries. The remaining 200 copies were used as review copies for media. Stories circulate of journalists who tossed the book in the trash, thinking it just another undistinguished children’s book. How wrong they were!
