    • Allegheny woodrat. Name: Allegheny woodrat. Scientific name: Neotoma magister. Conservation status: Near threatened. The Allegheny woodrat is a medium-sized species of rodent native to the northeastern United States.
    • Muskrat. Name: Muskrat. Scientific name: Ondatra zibethicus. Conservation status: Least concern. The muskrat is a medium-sized species of rodent native to North America.
