Murder Mystery 2 is a Roblox horror game created by Nikilis. The game is based off a Garry's Mod game mode called Murder. A server holds up to twelve players, with one "murderer", one "sheriff", and ten "innocents" at most. The game features three modes: Casual, Hardcore, and Assassin. Before Season 1 was released, there were many other craftable recipes that could be found in the crafting station. However, all of the following recipes have since been removed from the game for their respective reasons.
Salvaging is a feature in the crafting station where players may destroy a weapon in return for items such as shards, metals, or other miscellaneous items, which are needed to craft. Recycling was an old feature that was added by Nikilis on December 20th, 2015. It was then removed for an unknown reason. Recycling allowed players to combine 8 weapons of the same rarity in order to create a new weapon of a rarity higher. During this process, there was a slim chance that the output would be a godly weapon.
The recycling feature was inspired by CS:GO's trade-up feature where one player would trade 10 skins of the same rarity to get a higher tier rarity skin.
•The weapons shown in the Crafting icon are Seer, Hallow's Edge, Fang and Tides.
•Previously, players could receive different materials after rounds. This feature has since been removed.
