Feb 24, 2020 · The Jotter Fountain Pen is 5 1/16″ long capped, 4 5/8″ uncapped and 5 7/16″ posted. It weighs only 16gms capped (with cartridge) and just 10gms uncapped. It’s a very lightweight pen. The nib shape on the Parker Jotter is very straight as it fits into the collar. Other nibs tend to taper in slightly.
Dec 13, 2011 · The metal sections on the new Jotters weigh 5 oz, compared to the older metal sections with the nice brass metal threads, which weigh almost 8 oz. Although I like the old brass threads, the feel of the new pens is far superior as the pen is no longer back heavy.

Sep 10, 2013 · In terms of weight the pen is 10 grams which is very light however this isn’t an issue for me. Dimensions. Capped Length 12.5 cm. Un-posted Length 11.6cm. Posted Length 13.8cm. Diameter Widest Point (Barrel) 1.1cm. Diameter at slimmest Point (Grip Section) 0.8cm.

One of those reviews noted that this pen weighs half of what it should. I own both the modern and a 70s Jotter. Without the refills, they weigh 11 and 15 grams, respectively. So sure, the modern one is lighter, but a 4 gram difference isn't noticeable to my hand.
