I agree, I do believe there needs to be a restructuring of pay across the space force, but all in all pay is even across the board for all branches but the Space force is very unique where as we need to retain talent and the only way to do that would be to restructure the way the space force is paid by rank and break away from the same base pay across the board kind of thing.
