Mar 22, 2021 · 99 posts · Joined 2015. #22 · Apr 15, 2021. I've used BG44K, Seafoam and Techron in my 2018 Silverado 5.3 and other GM vehicles and I believe they all help as a fuel cleaner. IMO BG44K is very strong and I have gotten good results on rough idling engines.
