When your submission is approved, you will receive an email from uO Research with the permanent URL for your thesis. Within 24 hours a DOI will be assigned to your thesis. You may use the permanent URL and DOI to link to your thesis on your curriculum vitae or personal website.

The request must be made before you submit your thesis to cIRcle. Please complete the Request to Delay Publication form available on this website and submit it with the other required documents. When you submit your thesis to the Library’s online repository, cIRcle, you must type “EMBARGO” in front of the thesis title when you enter the title in cIRcle.
You should fill out a webform for readmission as soon as you are ready to submit your Intent to Submit Thesis and Nomination of Examiners pages, about four to eight (4-8) weeks prior to the expected initial thesis submission date.
