Michael G. Wilson was born the son of New York actor, Lewis Wilson and Dana Broccoli in 1943. As a youth in New York he studied as an electrical engineer at Harvey Mudd College, graduating in 1963. After a short spell in the workforce, Wilson quickly switched from the engineering industry and enrolled in Stanford University to study law.
