My order was placed on March 15th. I was also charged a $10+ shipping fee for two paperback books worth about $30. I tried contacting customer service via email to cancel my order but no response. I won't be ordering anything at Chapters online again. It's back to Amazon for me.

Essentially a corporate scam as of 2020. Chapters indigo has had direct connection pulled from customer service lines. Meaning, it is impossible to reach an agent by any public contact number. In addition to that, since 2020; the live agent chat option has been removed and instead reads daily that "there are no chat advisors available".

They used to match amazons prices, used to have an amazing website that included gifts. Now the website is absolute garbage, very basic, high prices, and they no longer match amazons prices. I Have a library and used to buy from Chapters Canada, but Amazon is WAY cheaper. Date of experience: August 12, 2024. IS.
