Captain Fantastic is for me the best movie of the year - so far. What a fantastic movie (no pun intended). It's really well written and directed, it has great performances by the actors and a really good soundtrack. It's a take on today's society, on parenting, on standards, on life.

Mar 5, 2024 · Captain Fantastic, is also a very good looking film. It’s possibly the most beautiful film (apart from The Neon Demon) I have seen this year. It is a visual pleasure right from the very first scene of it and we must appreciate cinematographer Stéphane Fontaine for that.
