Apr 17, 2019 · Florentia used "boy doll" with the meaning "male doll", ATF. "Boy doll" certainly could be ambiguous, but I would tend to believe that it meant "a doll of a boy" rather than "a doll for boys." Perhaps that is so because I find it hard to think of "doll" as a normal word for a boy's toy.
