Of course you cannot see the entire country in 10 days, but 10 days give you enough time to experience beautiful architecture, charming old towns, delicious cuisine and friendly locals in Spain. If you want to see more Spain outside of this 10 day itinerary, then I would actually suggest spending at least a month or two in Spain so you can visit its islands and some of its smaller cities.
