Thanks to the owner of 4th & State — Chad Goodwin, co-founder of defunct Eden Burger (a pioneering local vegan burger shop) — we’re also getting “Top Vegan,” a reality TV show patterned after “Top Chef” that’s slated to launch on Youtube on April 20 (cheekily identified as “4/20” on the topvegantv Instagram account).
