Jan 26, 2022 · In doing so, our contributions are fourfold. First, we offer an inclusive, comprehensive definition of global leadership effectiveness. Second, we map its construct domain.
We begin by examining a definition of leadership, and then create distinctions between leadership and administration. We then examine the concept of leadership throughout the organization and discover important principles related to durable motivation, which is motivation that can be sustained over time.
