Corporate Recruiter (Current Employee) - Remote - March 13, 2024. Activision Blizzard was a phenomenal place to work prior to the Microsoft merger. There was great benefits, support for employees mental health and focus on career development. Once the merger happened the entire culture changed, and NOT for the better.
