   I thought they all looked to be way older than high school age also, especially Diana. I really liked the Anne with an E cast, though. I thought they acted really well.    • Like Heidi, Alice and Dorothy, she is supposed to be an almost transcendent in her purity of heart. I love Anne with an E more than the 80’s version for its production value and acting. It’s a beautiful show. I enjoyed “AWAE”, casting and visual side of it is stunning, loved the first episode, but after that I knew it was not my Anne.
