Jan 3, 2019 · Good. While a bit short on the replayability side, and with visuals that look good, but not as good as they would do so with the use of a VR headset, Battlezone: Gold Edition is a fun tank arena shooter, with a surprisingly strong strategic mindset.

Nov 19, 2018 · Battlezone: Gold Edition is a great example of how to take a VR game and transition it well onto consoles, plus the game looks and plays well on Nintendo Switch. Battlezone: Gold Edition does suffer from a steep learning curve, which may put some people off.
Nov 7, 2018 · Overall, Battlezone: Gold Edition is a feature-rich remake of what was a very simplistic 1980’s arcade game. You may prefer the authenticity of actually being in a tank with the PS VR version, but the Switch edition is just as great, if not better due to being able to take the title on-the-go.
