Help me understand this confusing timeline. So Black Ops Cold War is a direct sequel of Black Ops 1, that much is clear. However, Black Ops Cold War has many direct connections to the Modern Warfare reboot trilogy and I guess also Warzone, which invalidates Cold War from being in the same timeline as Black Ops 2 onward.
