Yes they are, I just put 1 torch on top of the spawner and it seems to disable it completely so yeah :3. Spawners (by default without editing tags) need light level of 11 to be stopped in 1.18. do vanilla, dungeon, overworld zombie/skeleton/spider spawner blocks put out mobs only when local blocks are at zero? where's optimal minimal torch….
