Brantford is a small city in the southern part of Ontario, surrounded by farmland and the Grand River. It is a quiet and peaceful place to live, with a rich history and many natural attractions. However, like any city, Brantford has its pros and cons, which prospective residents may want to consider before making the move. Pros: 1.
One feature I found in Brantford is most houses either back onto town homes, low income, industry, highway or trains. 350 is pretty much top price for eagle place, so you should be able to buy something that’s 250-300 that needs works. Most of eagle place houses don’t have a basement or just a very short basement.
Lived in Brantford for twenty years, moved to North York then to Scarborough, Downtown Toronto and came right back to Brantford for the last twenty or so years to raise a family. This place is by far better than those unless you like the club scene. Great people can be found in the most urban sprawls. Enjoy your stay.
Stormi_i. •• Edited. Brantford is a bit rough around the edges, but it’s a great place to live. People are pretty friendly for the most part, and there’s lots of stuff to do outdoors. Most of the town is great (downtown has some really nice older architecture giving it a charming but somewhat dilapidated look.
