    Arrival at Yokohama

    The Guild arrives at Yokohama with a 7 billion yen bounty over Atsushi and with the goal to obtain the "page" from the book. Fitzgerald goes to the agency office in order to buy their skilled business permit and to legally operate in Yokohama however Fukuzawarefuses to do so. The Guild then tries to eradicate the agency and the mafia.
