   In the U.S. the PSN store has the gold version for $53.99. It's normally $90 and includes the 2 story expansions as well as quite a few weapon, character and costume packs. The 2 story expansions really increase the game's length so the deal is pretty good. I would definitely recommend getting it. Just got it for $32 on epic sale.

   Definitely hope dlc/updates give this an endgame. It feels good to play, your attacks have impact. The game is surprisingly good looking, the gore effects are terribly great, most of the characters are likeable enough to play multiple characters and feel relatively differently when switching around.

   • Dead island 2 is straight up not worth it On sale yes. Bought the gold edition on PS5 for $68 after taxes, MUCH better than $108, and I've yet to see the regular edition in sale for $30 - $40. So I'd say gold edition for $60 or base game for $30-$40 is absolutely worth it. It is definitely not worth it if you play other zombie games.

   • B movie grindhouse tier, but enjoyable for what it is. Dead Island 1 was pretty innovative at the time which is why it was awesome. Dying Light 1 took the concept and made it 1000x better. Dying light 2 took a few steps back but is still a solid game.
