   But I prefer Billie’s powers to Emily’s, so that makes up for it, for me. And the game provides a nice conclusion to the stories of Billie, Daud, and (obviously) the Outsider. It makes the universe feel more ‘living world’, because it draws on off-screen stuff that we didn’t see as Corvo or Emily.
