It seems like he’s been sucked into some erotic love game, since his stats depend on seducing women and “capturing†them.
The story closes Billies, Dauds and as far as we know the other MC arcs for the time being. It depends how you go about it, but there is a ton of optional contracs which range around 2 to 4 per mission plus your main goal. I did play lethal this time around and it took me 15 hours.
