Desjardins is the worst company had… Desjardins is the worst company had them for ten years never used my insurance till a lady hit me. Come to find out this company is the worst to deal with. Took over 2 months to get my truck into a shop they picked!!! Happen in February and it's now July still waiting to be reimbursed for tow.

Desjardins does not provide insurance for people in all parts of Canada. It's only available in Alberta, British Columbia, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Ontario, Quebec, and Yukon. If you’re in any other part of Canada, you’re out of luck.

The company I am employed by recently switched from another insurance company to Desjardins Insurance. Big mistake. In less than a year of the switch, many employees including myself have had to jump through hoops in regards to coverage. They will not pay what they say they cover unless you go far out of your way to request a reimbursement check.
