Arkane and specifically Harvey Smith have a talent for world building and lore that is addictive to read up on.

  5. Their mission to kill the Outsider seems to be a solution. It absolves Daud of his guilt and gives Billie a purpose. In the monologue before the last mission, Billie even says that (I don’t remember the exact quote) she finally feels like she’s doing something important, that she’s not just a product of the fucked up world anymore.
