Yes, both of them are worth watching. Great anime doesn't become bad, just because they're old. OG Dragon Ball is an amazing adventure, while Dragon Ball Z is a great battle shounen as well.
Original Dragon Ball is good. It does show its age but it's a really fun adventure show with a lot of creative fights, and you can see why it served as inspiration for Naruto and One Piece and pretty much every battle adventure shonen that came after.
The OG dragon ball is still the best for me. I started with DBZ as a kid but the charm of OG DB is unmatched really. DB Super is still pretty good and they’ll definitely bring it back in a few years.
