No way did Freddy exist before Fredbear. Fredbears was open and existed prior to Freddy's. The very first Freddy's OPENED in 1983. We know this for a fact. The issue you seem to have is Fredbear was likely originally called Freddybear and later became just Fredbear. We know Fredbears exist from FNaF 2 and FNaF 4.
