I can see a few people still struggling with finding good enough minis to ride their infernal creations through the wastelands so I’m putting together a small guide to help them with finding the correct crew. This is intended as a starting point and to give you an idea what’s out there.
Easily 99% of their work is free to print, and the remainder only costs a dollar or so. Those are the places I’d tell you to look, especially for riders and drivers, because it’s just not super cost-effective for traditional sellers to produce a lot of pieces for this game.
I know it's not exactly a standard board-game but I feel like Gaslands already has a lot of buzz and it's easily the easiest minis game for those who are traditionally boardgamers to get into. It's a post-apocalyptic wargame played with kit-bashed hotwheels, and making the minis is almost as fun as playing the game!
Jan 28, 2019 · Not to put too fine a point on it, Mike Hutchinson's Gaslands is the best vehicle-based miniatures game that I have ever played - and yes, this does include Fantasy Flight's popular Star Wars designs, from which this game draws its template-based movement.
