You mention how Ghosts of Mars isn't taking itself too seriously but Cube is taking that shit DEADLY serious and the same is true for Woods and whichever baldwin in Vampire$. There's a ton of other problems with both of those movies but the protagonists being unironic misogynistic, homophobic tough-guy shitheads played by real life shitheads is what makes them not entertaining to me.
