The music performed in those festivals is gothic music but not necessarily goth because Gothic isn't synonymous of goth. I see in the lineup of WGT for example that medieval music, gothic metal and neofolk are listed in gothic music, but medieval music, gothic metal and neofolk aren't definitely goth.
