The gameplay is actually good considering it was the first 3D handheld game and I certainly found it better than GTA 3. The story, although giving a background of the establishment of various gangs in Liberty City, felt somewhat lacking in objective. I'm so disappointed, I found out these were on PS2 like 10yrs after.
