Always freeze your lane when you have a lead. This is true pretty much almost any champion or lane, but Gwen can pressure the enemy champions extremely hard with this easier said than done technique. Your ultimate will allow you to lock the enemy champion down if they even think about walking up to last hit.

Look to apply pressure and fight whoever on the enemy team tries to stop you. Continue to play around your Passive and your Q in mid-game fights: especially in 1v1 skirmishes. You will miss out on a lot of damage if you don’t play around it. Late game 25+ min. Gwen is Average. In the late game, stay with your team.

Hallowed Mist can be recast after 0. 5 seconds, and does so automatically if Gwen attempts to leave the area. While inside the mist, Gwen gains bonus armor and bonus magic resistance and is untargetable to all enemies (except turrets and monsters ) outside of the mist.

To start any new champion guide, we must first breakdown Gwen’s abilities. Please note that the numbers attached to the images used in this guide may differ slightly as they’re based on her early PBE stats.
We’ve done some testing on the PBE to find out what Runes are good for Gwen, and this is a set up we have come up with. Realistically, the best build and rune page may not have been found for Gwen because not everyone has access to the PBE. The best build will be found for her shortly after her release though.
Teamfighting for Gwen can be challenging. To get the most damage out with her Q, she will need to have 4 stacks on her Passive. Try to get 4 stacks and delay team fights or skirmishes until you have 4 stacks. Keep an eye on your hot bar as you can see when your stacks are about to run out.
