Mar 8, 2024 · This movie certainly exists. ★★ Watched by KenOScope 01 Feb 2024. Good setup. Edwards and Geeson have chemistry. It has potential with its juxtaposition between counter culture and political thriller, but there’s just not enough there there. The villains lack menace. The plot chases its tail for most of the film’s runtime.
I found a Hammerhead a funny choice. Paul is becoming more shark, a chunky head, not quite Hammerhead style, more a Hoodyhead. My what weak arms he has, all the better for a wet handshake. Shivers. Happy accidents create incredible beasts. Jeffrey Combs is right in his element here. Puts my chopped off Frankenstein cactus to shame.
