  4. I live in Hampden, like 5 minutes down from the Ave towards Hoes Heights, have a parking pad, and have never once used it. I park in front of my house every day, as does my roommate, with no problem whatsoever. Seconded on trying for a one way, but a lot of the rowhomes in this neighborhood do have parking pads, too.
