Colorado Blvd I live in one of the farthest locations from a microbrewery in the City of Denver and I really like craft beer. Lack of walkable restaurants, shops, and see comments about a brewery Petty crime is a problem. Car break-ins are extremely common Traffic. Oct 10, 2023 · The general atmosphere of the area is very inviting! My neighbors are very friendly, trustworthy, we live right by a middle school and haven't had any problems. The neighborhood has had a few robberies but for the most part it is very safe. I would definitely choose to live in this neighborhood again if I could do this all over again.
To live in and overall favorite—West Wash Park. It's the most balanced to me. It feels lively while also feeling like a quiet neighborhood. It's relatively clean and has nice sidewalks, homes, little green spaces, and of course Wash Park itself.
