After that you can reclaim your Daily Reward then you open your Inventory and equip your Wand. Wands can be used to cast magic spells, to cast a spell equip your Wand and type in the chat the spell you want to cast. After that click on where you want to cast the spell. You can check most of the free spells on the Spell Book. Every spell has a Patronus cost.
