He had one brother, Tom Cullen (who had moved to Spain for six months in 2017), and one sister, Elizabeth Cullen. Yes, the same Elizabeth Cullen who plays Imogen Blackwell, sister of Julian’s character, Darra Blackwell in The Bureau of Magical Things.
